University of Wyoming

The Department of Computer Science offers a Master's degree in the subject, giving the students the option to complete a track with a thesis or non-thesis. Those taking the coursework-exclusive approach will need to complete three additional credits of additional courses, but either way, 33 credits are needed to complete the curriculum. Course subjects will focus on theory, artificial intelligence, programming, and data visualization and interaction.

For transfer students, one credit can be used for each category, and at least 12 credits that are not part of the seminar, nor are writing or algorithms courses, must be obtained at the school in order to graduate.
